  1. Finally got a chance to try out my ZX-HD, 10/10.
Thank you so very, very much ❤️

  2. Hello Ben

I need to check my divMMC exDOS boot screen but I cannot do it because the nag screen (press RESET…) is hiding it. Is there any way to edit cmdline.txt and/or config.txt in order to get that?

    Thank you

    1. Use SPACE + reset, after the ZX-HD booted: that will cold-boot the DivMMC then, and show you everything.

  3. Hi, I bought the ZX-HD but could you please recommend a small but suitable monitor for it?Obviously it would need to have a HDMI output and either be a 4:3 monitor or have a 4:3 option. I was thinking of around a 13 or 14″ screen to match my Commodore 1084 and 1084S and Amstrad CTM 644 monitors. It would look odd if I had a large monitor situated next to the other three monitors.

    Thanks.

    1. You can use any HDMI display, even modern wide-screen models.
The ZX-HD has firmware options to keep a 4:3 aspect ratio, even on widescreens.

There are small 7″, 10″ or similar displays with HDMI input, on e.g. eBay or Amazon.
Hard to recommend one, but maybe look for an IPS display – those have nice colors and high resolutions (ZX-HD scales with the display resolution).
