These are perfect for replacing defective 4116 chips.

These are for:
1. ZX Spectrum 16K / 48K ‘lower memory’ (there are 8 of these chips in these ZX Spectrum models)

NB: Not suitable as ‘upper memory’ for ZX 16K/48K: these are 4164 chips, available in the webshop.
NB: Not suitable for the ZX Spectrum 128K / (grey) +2: these need 4164 chips, available in the webshop.
NB: Not suitable for the ZX Spectrum +2A / +2B / +3: these need 4464 chips, available in the webshop.

All chips are tested in a real ZX Spectrum.
