New old stock 8x 4164 RAM chips

Description

Set of 8 new old stock 4164 RAM chips for ZX Spectrum 16K / 48K / 128K / +2.
These are perfect for replacing defective 4164 chips or upgrading a ZX Spectrum 16K*.

These are for:
1. ZX Spectrum 16K / 48K ‘upper memory’ (there are 8 of these chips in these ZX Spectrum models)
2. ZX Spectrum 128K and +2 (there are 16 of these chips in these ZX Spectrum models)

NB: Not suitable as ‘lower memory’ for ZX 16K/48K: these are 4116 chips, available in the webshop.
NB: Not suitable for the ZX Spectrum +2A / +2B  / +3: these need 4464 chips, available in the webshop.

All chips are tested in a real ZX Spectrum.
Brand and model change from time to time: we’ll ship what is in stock.

*You also need 4 other logic chips to upgrade a 16K ZX Spectrum to 48K.
