The refurbishment service excludes:

Replacement of the ULA chip in case it is not fully functional – a replacement original 16/48K ULA for most board issues will cost £20

The refurbishment service includes:

Necessary repairs (see note about ULA chip above)
Thorough cleaning of the ZX Spectrum case
New keyboard membrane
Missing feet will be placed
All new Vishay high quality electrolytic capacitors
Recom / Traco Power modern DC-DC 5V switching voltage regulator
Heatsinked ULA chip with removal of the IC socket to make sure it will fit in a rubber-key case
Composite video modification (if you do not want composite video, let us know)
